Cancellation Policy
We understand that life is full of the unexpected and that sometimes our clients need to move scheduled appointments. Out of respect for our staff, we kindly request that clients provide at least 48-hour notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 25% of the service price. No shows will be charged the total service appointment price. We will require a credit card number to keep on file after the second time a client no-shows or has the same day cancellation.

If you are not satisfied with your service at FOUSHEE salonspa, we want the chance to make it right. Requests for alterations of any service must be reported within 7 days of the original appointment. Our front desk will work with you to find the next available opening with your service provider or an equally qualified provider if you choose. We want you leaving FOUSHEE salonspa feeling confident and cared for. We do not give refunds for services.
Take Home Product Exchanges and Returns
We believe that you should feel safe taking products home without fear of commitment. That’s why we have a 14-day return period, giving all our guests a full two weeks to try out their new products. If you don’t love your product, just bring it back with the original receipt. Refunds can be put back on the card used or redeemed for store credit. We do not offer cash refunds. After 14 days we offer an exchange only on product purchases.
Please note that all makeup, makeup accessories, brushes, styling tools, and discounted products are final sale.
Children Under 12 years old
We welcome clients of all ages in our salon and spa. All children 12 and younger must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their service. In consideration of our other clients, children are not allowed when their parents are receiving a spa service.

Yes, our booking system sends out notifications including appointment confirmations and reminders. You are able to customize your notification preferences regarding the contact methods on file but we recommend that you opt in on at least one method for optimal communication.

For first-time extension clients, yes, you will need to book a consultation prior to your installation appointment. This ensures that we select the best method and colors that will help you achieve your ideal look. Consultations are also for returning clients who are switching to different extension types.

All of our haircut services include a blow-dry, when you book a color service without a haircut you will need to add a finishing blow-dry to your service.
